I’m up by 0.2 pounds 🙁

I wish I could blame it on plateau but I’ve NOT been doing good this week. Hello Ben&Jerry’s and rainy days without workouts. I’m starting South Beach diet on monday and back to C25K. My ankle is much better so njo more excuses!

I’m at 136.4 so .6 down from last week…I’ll take it! Between baking cookies (and eating mistakes) and hurting my ankle I was surprised to lose anything. This weekend I am doing a Relay for Life event. I am hoping that it will help me (I’m committed to 6 hours of walking) but with all of the goodies there, I am thinking that I will just eat to stay awake for the 24 hour walk. I’m going to bring my own snacks to try to resist temptations.

228.2, so not much change at all. This past week has been super stressful with the insurance company and sharing a car with my mom (who doesn’t live with me!). After this car stuff is sorted and I’m healed, I’m definitely hitting the exercise hard!

OMG.. what a gong sho..
last week i stayed the same 138.
this week, I gained 1lb, so im now 139.
It’s pretty frustrating. Im more concentrating on my bootcamp (mondays and wednesdays) and then took yoga on tuesdays and thursdays.
I figured i was eating not enough calories (900-1000) so I upped it, and now i’ve gain weight..
i’m going to take pics to see if there are any changes during the past 2 weeks…
am i doing something wrong ladies?

UGH!!! I”ve been on a new BC pill that has made me gain 3 lbs *pout* I’m stopping it so hopefully I”ll be better nect week.

Maybe this is a muscle gain and not a fat gain? How much did you work out before you started the bootcamp?

Was 188.6 today I am 182.0!!!!! wahooo!!!! Being a vegetarian is working for me!

before the camp i did little work out.. what iw ould do is cardio and circuit training maybe 1-2 time a week for 30 min…
i googled about muscle gain.. they said it takes about 4 weeks to gain a pound of muscle, and i have been working steadly since the beginning of may..
maybe its the muscles? – i did measure myself and my butt is 1 inch smaller than before, but everything else stayed pretty much the same…

I’d had a rough week. My schedule changed at work, and some people have said some not so nice things to me this week. I’m ready for next week and a bigger weightloss!

Your doing all the right things! The weight will come off, just keep digging!
I was frustrated this morning, and then I measured my waist and I’m 1/2inch smaller, so that’s a win!
