total loss in two weeks – 6.3 pounds
I know at the beginning it’s mostly water weight, but I’m motivated to keep it up! I’ve joined myfitnesspro.com and am tracking everything I eat and exercise. It’s really helping to understand how many calories I need for effective weight loss. I am also working out – finally!

gained 2 pounds so I am back at 200 🙁 I totally failed this week!

Ugh I gained 1lb . I am having a rough week but I am exercising every night. If anyone has any tips that would be really helpful!

Current weight 323 – down 1.2 lbs from last week. Not great, but I’ve got a good feeling about this next week 🙂

Lost 1.5 – exercised more and cut out most carbs – only veggies and small amount of fruit for my starches. So today’s weigh in is 148.5, but did not start diet until Wed AM so not too bad 🙂

This Week: 190.8
I’ve been at 190.8 since this past Sunday, so considering that I’ve eaten pretty horribly for the past 5 days, this isn’t that bad. See, this is me just rationalizing the weight gain!
Stepson goes back on Sunday and Fiance is back to work on Monday, I’m hoping that we can get back into our healthy routine. Planning on doing the Shred tonight before a girls night and again tomorrow while Fiance is at work thing. We will be heading out on Sunday for some mountain biking. Just need to get a handle on food and the next couple of days should be good!

146.8, so I gained a pound and a half(ish) from last week. And now I’m on the net positive side. Boo.

i cant remember what I wrote last week, but im at 138.8 today
I cant shake it off ladies… i dunno why.. a couple of weeks ago, i saw the 136’s and I was UBER excited.
i was looking at my “scheduled forecasted weight loss” – i should have been at 126 by now. Im getting REALLY discouraged.
The TBL girls know and hear my b()#$* all the time, and I do apologize, but Im just so frustrated!
Not to mention my wedding is like 3 months away.. im scared that I will never get this weight off.. and its almost impossible to go down to 107 (my ideal) now.
