Something new! Ms. Tattoo had the fantastic idea of introducing a weekly fitness challenge. Since there is now way to really know if you are doing the required challenge, this is more of an inspiration type activity. A little something else for you to try to incorporate into your workout. I will post these in a separate reply so they don’t get lost.

yay! I missed this last week because we went on a little “last minute” trip! I am excited to start back up!

I am still in! This may be my last round though because my wedding is the day after our final weigh in for this thread. Yahooooo! (I better be 185 or under by then!!!)

Ohh I’ve been waiting for this new one so I can join!
Okay, right now is the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve been eating non-stop since the wedding, so I’ve packed one 13 pounds in 6 weeks. I need to shed a good 20lb’s to fit into my regular clothes but baby steps for now…
my starting weight: 167.5 lb’s
goal weight after 5 weeks: 157 lb’s
goal weight after 6 months: 137 lb’s

Starting weight 190.8
My goal for the next 5 weeks is to lose 10 lbs. But I would be happy with 5lbs. Slow and steady wins the race, right? I am looking forward to the weekly weigh ins and the support!!

Okay, I’ll bite this time. I’ve watched the thread from time to time and it looks like fun. I’m slowly but surely making my way on my journey to a skinner healthier me.
Starting Weight: January 2011 300 lbs.
Current Weight: 243.9 lbs.
I’m doing weight watchers along with exercise and I highly recommend it. I just have to keep telling myself it’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle change. Good Luck ladies. 🙂

March 2012 Goal: 145 (That’s about 9 lbs a month which I think is pretty doable!)

I don’t know what last week was. Today’s weigh in I was at 278.4My goal next week is to be at 276 or 275.
I plan on jogging every day and staying within my Weight Watchers points.

Starting weight (June 1, 2011): 159.4 lbs
Current weight: 150.2 lbs
Goal weight: 135 lbs (by October 7)
I’ve been counting my weight watchers points and exercising about three times per week so far… Hopefully I can bump that up to four or five.

I’d like to continue! I was late weighing on the last day, but weighed 145.6 last Friday and will use as my starting weight.

I would like to join as well..i’m having trouble getting started..have been “thinking”about working out for the past 2 months, since I got engaged. but have not done a single thing. so hopefully this will help me to get motivated and stay motivated!
