i cannot believe that we have made it half way! the weeks are flying by! good luck everyone!
– don’t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
– if you want to put figure your percentage lost you can, but either way i will do the calculation to make sure the results are accurate.
also, please give us some insight to your week if you had a good loss!

I wsa so excited about the weight loss last week…and then I stayed the same for this week. NO MOVEMENT AT ALL!
This week I was kind of busy with work so I didn’t put as much effort into my workouts. I also didn’t eat as many veggies and fruits like I had been doing before. Oh well next week right! I will be so happy once I am down 10 pounds (4 pounds away).

🙁 Last week I was 214.6, this week I’m up to 216.2! I knew last week’s 4 lb loss was probably too good to be true. I had a bit of a rough week eating wise as I had a few events to go to but I also killed it exercise wise so I think a lot of the gain is my body holding onto water to heal my very sore muscles. Hopefully next week will be better!

Hey! I thought that I was going to gain a ton this week. I was stressed, so not too careful about eating, I had to cancel my gym membership because we are moving tomorrow, and it was my last week of work before the move. I weighed in at 195.6 this morning, so not too bad lol. I was expecting a lot more gain 🙂

Hi everyone! I am steadily going down 🙂 I am at 197 this morning so i am down 1 pound from last week.

Last week I was 222.8 … this week I am 221.8 . Down ONE pound!
Makes it a total of 13.2 pounds in total since April 1st!
I am very happy with this one pound down. Slow and steady is my motto.
I don’t think I will ever be the BIGGEST loser, but I am a steady loser and that’s awesome!

Morning Ladies! Everyone is doing great! Don’t get discouraged! The up and down that you are seeing in your weight is totally normal! AND! happy to see a couple of new faces joining in!
Last week: 192.4
This week: 190.4
Loss: 2 pounds.
I think my ‘last chance workout’ helps the most. on thursdays i pull a double and put in a lighter 150-200 calorie burn in in the morning and then doing a bit more intense workout in the evening burning about 250-300 calories.
I say this every week but I do need to incorporate more veggies/fruits into my diet. we had asparagus and corn this week so that is a start. i think i will switch out my luna bars for apples and bit of peanut butter this coming week. small changes!
