Great job mittens!  Today was a bad day.  My relay for life team baked cookies and had home made pierogies for dinner.  Soooo worth it though ๐Ÿ™‚

guys!  I got my slacker message…sad.  I actually have been keeping up with the diet but I’m working like 80 hours a week right now so weigh-ins are just not happening haha!  Can’t bring myself to post on weddingbee at 3:45am ๐Ÿ™  I’m not losing anymore, but maintaining my weight loss at least, so when my schedule gets lighter again hopefully I can resume.  Even went to the gym today on my day off!!  

Anyway, today was fail for me too – I’m eating froyo s/p thai food binge.  Oopsie.  K now going back to look at the cowpups ๐Ÿ™‚

I definitely need to get back on the food-tracking train. I did it for four or five days last week and I’m pretty sure it made a huge difference. Also need to keep up with the walking….when you only eat 700-900 calories a day, 2 hour walks pretty much burn all that off. Here’s hoping for another big loss this week to everybody!

@socalmeli: haha!I would too! They are so darn cute!

@bebefly: you should be careful, if you eat too little, your body might get into starvation mode and start stocking fat instead of eliminating it. Try to get up to 1200cal/day. It’s the minimum for women.

Hey ladies, checking in…I’m trying to get myself firmly back on track! I haven’t been awful lately but I haven’t been completely focused. Hoping I can plan out my eating better this week and start heading the scale in the right direction again! Hope everyone’s having a good weekend. ๐Ÿ™‚

I just sent Fiance off to the grocery store (he’s so sweet) to buy stuff for salad lunches. Meanwhile, I shall go to the gym!

Ok Bees, I’m back on this train, but I am really embarrassed to say I gained 2 lbs since we all started this.  But I have a hard time (my best friend is no longer in my wedding or my life and my fiance is gone for a month!).  But thanks to Ms. Mittens, who emailed me and told me to get my butt in gear, I am back in at 188.2 lbs.  ready to get healthy and happy! Thanks Bees, don’t know how I lived whithout you before!

Oh,honey, I’m so sorry about your friend. And i have on a LDR with Darling Husband for 3 years so I know how much it sucks. Well the good side is that you won’t have to worry about someone coming back home with snacks and beer and pretend it’s dinner!

@Mrs.Mittens: I took Saturday off and probably won’t be able to go tomorrow Undecided. I do walk 12,000 steps a day before I get home from work, though . . .
