it’s week 6 right? lol! I had to look like three times! everyone has done so well so far, I’m so proud of all of you! I changed the cutoff time for weighing in!
– donâ€™t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
– if you want to put figure your percentage lost you can, but either way i will do the calculation to make sure the results are accurate.
also, please give us some insight to your week if you had a good loss!
and of course, if youâ€™d like to keep your numbers private than just PM your weight for this week and I will only post the percentage.

Last week I weighed in at 213.0…this week, 212.0. Not a huge number, but moving in the right direction! 🙂

Last week I was at 221.2 … this week I am at 221.8. I gained. Sigh.

I was at 168.6 last week and I was 167.2 this morning. So a 1.4 pound loss. I will take whatever I can get.

134.6 this week. Last week I was 133.8
Suprise suprise I gained weight. I think my issues is that I have also been adding muscle…or maybe I like to tell myself this to make me feel better. I really don’t have that far to go to be at my goal weight and it just seems so hard to get those last few pounds to stay off!

I really hope that I have gained muscle too! I haven’t been eating horribly and I have been swimming non-stop!
I regret not measuring in the begining. I would have a more accurate idea of where I stand right now. I feel skinnier if that helps LOL
Plus I can blame this on my time of the month too LOL it should be here any minute now 😛

I think for the next round of TBL, we should measure ourselves every 3 weeks or something to prove that we are all gaining muscle!!!

yeah, so. it’s been a tough couple of days in the mittens household. struggled to stay on a sensible diet. it think it was probably the ice cream. had a horrible fight with Fiance last night, so the weight gain is just like meh, i’ve got other problems.

This week 137.4
Up one pound but I am on my period so I am actually impressed that it is only 1 pound. Hope everyone else is doing better!

I cannot remember for anything what I weighed last week. But this week I’m at 137.5. I think I gained. Bummer!
Dress shopping next week! Must.get.it.together.asap!!

Time to report..
Last week: 139
this week: 138.3
so I lost .7 pounds… better than nothing. I did take pics of my before and after and compared – looking alright.
As well I have lost a total of 3 inches (from what i counted)
- .5″ on the biceps
- .5 on the waist
- .5 on the chubbiest part of the belly
- 1″ on my butt
so im guessing im building muscles…slow and steady

Total: Gain of 1.1 lbs
Ugh! I’m so frustrated but am really hoping that it’s due to PMS bloat. No major slip ups this week so I was sad to see this number 🙁
