Woohoo! I weighed in this morning at my lowest weight in YEARS! 152.2!! 🙂 I already forgot what I weighed yesterday (long night of studying) but I can look it up for you if I need to!

I think I stayed the same at 207, but I am full throttle to get back down to under 200!

Two days ago I weighed 217.4. I’ve hovered around 215 for the last 3 months. I had my monthly visiter earlier this week, so I assumed the 217.4 was due to that.
This morning I weigh 212.6!
= down 4.8 pounds, or 2.4, depending on how we count it. Either way, I’m happy 🙂

Last week I was at 217.6
Today I am at 217.
So that is .6 of a pound lost. Womp womp 🙁
I gained almost 2 pounds yesterday and lost it and a bit this morning.

324.2 this morning, down just over a pound – 1.2 lbs. Not really great but my monthly visitor is imminent, so hopefully next week will be better.

I’m at 166.7 – I think that is the same as last week. I really need to start trying harder. My plan for the next week is to take my lunch to work that way I don’t go to the cafeteria or vending machine. And this afternoon I’m working out with the trainer again.

I am at 199.6 which means I gained .6. Blah. At least there is still is a 1 at the beginning of that number. I cheated on my diet a ton this week and it’s my special time of the month so that’s my excuse. Next weekend is my bridal shower so I’m hoping to lose a couple pounds before then just so I feel good about myself.

This Week: 189.6
Up .4 pounds. Considering all horrible things I ate and that only exercised 2 times during the week, this isn’t that bad! Plus, the really great part is that my body fat percentage dropped 1% and I’m down another .25 inches off my waist. So progress is being made!
Today we are having birthday celebrations in our office, so I’m mentally preparing myself to be satisfied with my yogurt and apple and only allowing myself one small plate of only the most healthy foods. Also, I’ve got the next four days off so I’m carefully planning menu’s and scheduling activites for us to do. Monday and Tuesday look like they are going to be nice, so I’m planning marathon swimming sessions with my FI’s son!
I will post next week’s suppor thread after the winner is declared this evening!

I was 166.8 this morning 🙂 and I think 167.6 last week, but 166.6 the week before that, I was spotting a couple days ago, so I’m sure my body is just on the usual bloating roller coaster. I think next week will be a good week 🙂

I’m at 145.6, but more excitingly (I think I just made up that word), I exercised every day this week (M-Th)! Yay! 🙂
