Ugh only lost half a pound so at 148 this week – however it is my fat week of the month so will take it

I am down a whole .2 pounds. Blah. I think I was set up to lose about a pound this week but I gave in yesterday and had a giant cookie. I was so good this week it’s kind of frustrating that I gave in at the last minute. On the plus side, this is the week that I normally gain weight so I guess I should be happy that didn’t happen.

Going to go over my food diary this weekend and try to figure out where I’m going wrong, and also up my excercise. I’m so disappointed in myself. *sigh*

-.4? I will take it and I did a little dance this morning. I’ve gained the last three weeks, so this is great. I ate better this week so I’m going to focus on getting more exercise next week. My dress comes in at the end of August and I aiming for 180 in two months. The weather is finally getting nice here so that means more walking around and less driving!

I weighed in at 146.6 this morning, which makes me, like, a complete failure at the entire weight loss concept. I’m spending the long weekend with my parents (= FOOD) and I can’t help being discuraged.
The good news is I’m exercising more consistently! Yay! I ran 38 miles in June so I will take that as a success.
