Wow. First one to weigh in this week. *Gulp* Here goes..
Last Week: 242.4
This Week: 240.6
Loss: 1.8 pounds
I would say that is a pretty good week for me. I was at the gym for at least an hour three days this week already, and I’m heading out the door to hit the gym again. Hope everyone else had a great week.

i have stayed at 143 this week. but I made it to the gym twice so that is def an improvement! next week, there will be more!! (power of positive thinking?!)

Down only .4 this week. Not sure what happened! Current weight is 140.6.

I am down 2 pounds this week. I am thrilled about that, especially considering that I think that is actually a 3 pound loss this week because of the difference between my old and new scale. I am going to call it 2 pounds though because I will be using this scale from now on. Not too shabby for my first week in a completly new state and time zone! My current weight is 188.6. 3.4 pounds to go until my wedding goal which I can totally do. Maybe I can get there by next week! 🙂

Alright so, I’ve had a 4.5 pound swing this week. I expected this because everyday this week I’ve eaten way over my calories. Monday I was at 188.2, wednesday I was 192.6!
Today’s weight: 189.6
That’s still up quite a bit but I’m planning a good weekend with good food, so I hope to see that 188 again on Monday morning!

At last week’s weigh in, I was 213.6.
Today, I am 209 even!
That means I am down 4.6 lbs! WOW! I could not be more excited 🙂 I started loosely following weight watchers this week. I think that is what made the difference.

I am 166.4 this week. I was 167.8 last week, so down 1.4. I was hoping for more, but I guess that is a healthy loss all things considered.

Only got to the gym 3 times again this week…but I kept my calories around 1400 each day. Hoping to lose another 1-2 lbs this week!!
