Hi Bees, I’ll be the first one to weigh in today! Previous week – 215 lbs Today – 209 lbs I have been doing a few workouts at my local gym on the bike, treadmill & weights. Hope everyone is doing well!

I did better than I thought this week (considering it’s been a crazy week and I haven’t gotten to the gym once): 149, same as last week.

I did better than I thought too! 143.2, I’m so used to saying I gained weight or stayed the same! So a whole pound is a big deal for me 🙂
I ran 3 times this week and plan to go again tonight… hooray for regular exercise.

Well, I did find a scale this weekend, and while my loss from last week is tiny, I’m grateful for anything after a weekend of yummy anniversary celebrations (and less exercise than last week). I’m at 197.0 today.

Where did this week go?! My goal this week had been to eat better and get more workouts in…well that didn’t really happen this week. So for this next week my goal is to workout at least 3 times.
Today I’m at 130.8
I didn’t even lose a pound this week but hey! I’ll take any loss!

I’m at 185.2 as of yesterday!
I don’t plan on eating out as much this week, we are in total budget crunch time because the wedding is in 5 weeks (EEEK!) and so that should help me again this week. Probably won’t to get the time tonight or tomorrow so I’m trying to focus on eating well. Ugh, and I have a dentist appointment this afternoon. Boooooooo!

Hi everyone… still 160. Went to boot camp class yesterday & my legs are killing me. Also went out to buffet dinner last night, so not really optimistic at the moment. Have a good week.

Hey everyone! Down to 209.2 this week! Woot woot. I think that’s like 4 lbs down this week. It started off slow and then I lost a lb a day for 2 days straight. I’ve been eating high protein and low carbon and so far its been working well! Its been about 3that weeks and I’ve lost 13 lbs. I’ve also been doing jillian micheals videos, lots of cleaning which burns lots of calories and then running on the treadmill doing inclines, intervals, weights etc. My bachelorette party is on friday in Vegas so im glad I’ve lost some weight and am feeling healthy! Hope I’m not to late. Only a .2 loss as of Saturday to bring to 168.2. Not a good week, but it was a crazy busy week with no time to work out or cook – so I was just happy I didn’t gain. Worked out Friday finally and going to work out today.
