Hi Team!! I just joined in this morning so my day today isn’t going to be looking the best for this game, but going to try to make the best of it and start kicking butt tomorrow! I’m really excited to get some motivation!

@7SEVENJ9: awesome job on the water! Getting my water in is always a challenge for me, but I’m trying to up the intake. I seem to have a hard time just drinking plain water I always crave flavor.

So far so good! I’ve been training for a race so my day to day diet shouldn’t change much!

Breakfast: Starbucks skinny latte, peanut butter on whole wheat toast and plain Greek yogurt.

Lunch: Not sure what I want yet. 

Dinner: Grilled chicken fajitas on whole wheat tortillas with black beans.  Just salsa – no cheese or sour cream.

I drink lots of water all day, at least 3 L, plus a gatorade after the gym.  I usually hit the gym around 5:00pm, so will update then!

My habit is taking my puppy for a 20 minute walk every day.  This doesn’t sound like much but I run my own business plus work full time, and with Darling Husband gone, I worry about making him feel loved and getting exercise for him too!

sorry team i failed for today. i have been out of the loop for the last few days.

But so far i have managed to drink 3L of water (i have kidney stones im trying to pass)

Breakfast consisted of a cup of cherios in a baggie on the way back to the doctors office.

and lunch was a greek salad.

dinner will be some grilled veggies

( i was told to eat very little protein until the stones pass, so that is why im not eating meat)

I’ve made it through my water, exercise, meals, communication, and maintained my good habit and didn’t break my dropped habit! And I have one more snack to go. 100 calorie popcorn pack here I come!

I’ve started my day off well– 50 ounces of water down, I read on the train in this morning, and I had cheerios with almond milk and a banana for breakfast. I’m looking forward to my hummus, celery and orange mini meal, and I’ll go for a 20 minute jog during lunch- followed by my salad/strawberries/tofurkey lunch. 

Unfortunately, the challenge really begins when I go home. We have a friend staying with us for the week, and we’re doing a trivia night tonight at a place that has amazing fried pickles. I’m quite certain fried pickles are not an approved food. 🙁 “I’d like a salad, please,” will be my mantra.

Go Team One! I hope everyone is having an awesome morning!

well i got my sleep points for the day…i slept over 10 hours. but i have been sick so that is my excuse:P my first meal is consisting of a yoplait light raspberry cheesecake yogurt and an english muffin and tall glass of water
