Crest 3D white toothpaste, Crest 3D white polish (it is a toothpaste add on) for now, and a month before the wedding, 2 treatments on Crest 3D white White strips. Mine are still white like the snow from following this routine.

This was recommended by my dentist and it totally did the trick.

I second the Crest 3D white  toothpaste. I love it especially since i like to wear red lipstick.

happyhappyhappa:  Not sure if this is an option for you, but make your dentist appointment before your wedding. 🙂 I went to the dentist yesterday and I’m getting married on Saturday. They threw in a free ‘wedding’ polish and now they’re sparkly! Woot!

Traditional whitening products make my teeth so sensitive! I mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide into a paste and use it for 30 seconds after I brush my teeth with normal toothpaste. Works like a charm!!!

I used whitening products before and the white strips work. Although I recommend having them bleached at the dentist. I did it 9months ago (ish?) and they still look better, such a deference.

I had it done just before my wedding too but i got a groupon and did it at a local tanning place.  It worked great and with the groupon it was very inexpensive.  Mom and sis did it the year prior at the mall, but it was a little more expensive and it also worked great.  I would do it again.
