I use the stuff from the dentists, the whitening trays. I definitely see a difference using them.

I use the Professional Crest stuff- it’s awesome, but the sticker price stinks. I buy it from the Dental School at my graduate university so it’s only $40 for me. But I highly reccomend it. :o)

I’ve heard from some friends that the Crest strips work really well. But I’ve only used Tres White by Opalesence. Those babies are awesome – I’ve never seen my teeth so bright!!

Ive used the Crest strips and pro and aquafresh white trays.  Here is my breakdown

*My favorite hands down are the Aquafresh White trays.  I got some sensitivity with them, but not horrible, and they had the fasest and best reults

*the Crest Classics are a close second.  Dot pay for the premium, they do the same thing

*I am currently using the Crest Pro ones – and like PP above, I got them from a dental school for $40 (with toothpaste, a brush, mouthwash, and floss!).  They are working well, but Im only 4 days in.  Ill update ya in a month =o)  Seriously though, the white trays were great – I used those for my wedding
