Bleh Bee, I actually do think it’s too late now. The last time I got my teeth whitened, I had sensitivity for quite a while. Like, a week later I’d be at the mall and try not to smile so the AIR wouldn’t touch my teeth kinda sensitive. And then I became sensitive to changes in temperature with food too. You definitely do not want to experience these things on or around your wedding date!

Your smile WILL be a beautiful bridal, very you smile. That’s all that matters.

My cousin is a dentist and he swears crest whitestrips do the same thing as professional teeth whitening. I used them before my wedding for about a week and could tell a huge difference. Since your teeth are sensitive, don’t try to do the one day strips. I’d use the regular ones instead.

I second the crest white strips luxe ones. Its 20 treatments of 30 minutes at a time. Don’t use the ones that are an hour at a time. I have been using them for a few days now and I trim them accordingly so they dont sit too much on my gums. I already see a difference after a few days. Couple this with sensodyne toothpaste and you really shouldn’t have much sensitivity if at all.

flower2324:  I would do crest white strips. I always have great results in about 5 days, better a week to 10 days. Give yourself a day or two break before the wedding for sensitivity to dissipate.

flower2324:  You have time! Go ASAP. Your teeth will only be sensitive for a few days. They’ll be at their whitest as well.

Crest white strips are great. I’ve been using the crest whitening toothpaste (3D) for the past week and every single time I brush, they look whiter. My teeth are normally pretty sensitive. I do notice a bit with cold or hot liquids, but it hasn’t been as bad as I thought.
