I used crest white strip and they worked very well. I started using them exactly 2 weeks before the wedding, so my last one was on the morning of my wedding day.

I heard brushing your teeth with strawberries gets them white.

I’ve been using Opalescence, sourced through my dentist. She made me custom trays, and the bleach is a gel that comes in small syringes. I can’t believe how fast it worked, and the noticable difference it made. People began to compliment me immediately, and now I just touch up here and there. Beats any OTC product. If you’re gonna do it, do it right!

I got the zoom whitening done at my dentist.  They were bright white when I left.  When you get it done at the dentist they make molds that fit your teeth and send you home with bleach so you can do touch ups (I waited a couple months to do it).  You need to buy new bleach every year but it’s less than $30, the trays are so comfortable you don’t even know they’re in!  It’s expensive but I’d highly recommend it!

We used the Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid, and are planning to use them again in late August/early September.

They make my teeth really sensitive, although my Fiance didn’t have that problem.  They definitely lifted the coffee stains from our Tim Horton’s addiction: I got quite a few compliments and his veneer blends better with his natural teeth.

They are definitely better than the first few generations of Whitestrips.

I’ve used Crest White strips Pro and they worked amazing. I used them every second day until I got the shade I wanted and then used the rest of the strips on a weekly basis to maintain. My theeth weren’t yellow to start with but they def got brighter, enough that people noticed an commented.

Crest 3D White Strips, and I always use Crest 3D Whitening toothpaste.  I recently added the Crest 3D Mouthwash too.  When I use the strips, I notice effects within a day.  The mouthwash takes maybe 2 uses?  The toothpaste just keeps stains from developing it doesn’t seem to actually whiten, but prevention is just as important!

I’ve been using Crest 3D Whitestrips Advanced also – they have been working, but the day after I use them, my teeth really ache and get sensitive to cold foods and liquids.  I was using them every other day, but I might have to start using something less strong.

I had the trays and syringes from my dentist a while ago, but they hurt like a mofo. The bleach made my teeth hurt all the next day when I wore them overnight. I’m looking for some new ideas!

@LaurenKK:  Do you like the mouthwash? We use the strips every 6-8 months and brush with the toothpaste, but I was always on the fence about adding the wash.

We both used the Crest strips before the wedding, and we both have minor tooth sensitivity. Neither of us had any increased pain/sensitivity after using them, and I felt that the effect was a natural whiteness that has lasted a long time. Darling Husband had never used them before (I had) so his only complaint was the taste — I just told him to rinse his mouth gently, and he was fine.

i do not like the crest white strips, they really hurt my teeth. I’ve been using the rembrandt 2 hour whitening kit. it works awesome and way faster than the crest strips. I also use the rembrandt flouride + whitening mouth wash after i brush. it keeps my teeth white and helps strengthen the enamel to fight sensitivity.

I saw an infomercial about something called super smile. I looked it up in amazon and it has pretty good reviews. I’m thinking about ordering some soon! Hopefully it works. Maybe you could check reviews for that and see what you think!
