It’s been a few months, so of course I have a new favorite. I decided $700 was just too much, this one is about $300. I like the elongated cushion, and I think it has really pretty vintage style detailing. I like it from all angles, and the setting seems nice and low. The halo stone are lab created white sapphire, so it won’t have the potential risk for ugly low quality diamonds like most $300 rings would. My only concerns are that because it’s this odd shape, I might eventually get sick of it. I didn’t even quite like it the first time I saw it, but now I’m really into it. Also I’ve always wanted a plain band, and I think this one would require a milgrain band, which I’m cool with, it’s only a small deal. Just wanted to get some honest opinions 🙂

I LOVE it! But I may be a bit bias, as it’s my birthstone colour and I have a ring that’s the same colour! I really love the unique shae of it though!

@MabelleBliss: I love the ring. I wouldn’t be so concerned with getting sick of the shape as I would be of the color.. but that’s just me.
I think you could pair a nice thin plain band next to it actually.. IMO I think a busy band would take away from it… I just love plain bands.

I love the shape and color. So pretty!!! > <

I love it. I think the halo is so unique and the detailing is really pretty. I would point out though that a wedding band would probably not sit flush with the ring though, just in case that’s something that might bother you in the future.

You should change the poll to allow us to pick more than one option
ETA: The ring is gorgeous! I have a sapphire center stone and after having it for several months, I never worry about clashing with outfits or get tired of it. I think this pretty piece would be the same way.

Its beautiful, and I’ve actually considered it for myself. But I’m really trying to keep it under $300, so it was out for me. I say if you love it, go for it.

I love it! I’m also totally biased because I love aquas. I do think you could still wear a plain band with it no problem.

I opened this post and went WOW. That ring is stunning.

Definitely pretty. But then BLUE is pretty much my favourite colour, and I like things that look a bit vintage. Do tell us where you found it… (on-line ?)

Beautiful, should change the poll to multi-vote.

I don’t really like halos all too much, so this style I would get sick of. But if you love it, then go for it! It matters if you love it or not.
