What does this chart mean? is the temperature jump enough to confirm that I ovulated or not? It seems all over the place to me. I am new at this! i take my temperature first thing in the morning before even sitting up, almost always between 6-7am.
This is my first cycle temping, but I have been tracking my periods for about 6 cycles. If it helps, they range in days from 39 days to 52 days, average 42 days.

It’s possible that this past Tuesday is your O day, but you won’t know until you get a few more tempertures.
If you have long cycles, your O will be later. If you average a 42 day cycle, subtract 14 days (typical LP length) and that is about when you would O. So in a 42 day cycle, you’d O around day 28. If your cycle is longer, you’d O later than that.

Thank you for your reply!
Here is the chart with today’s temp:
Is the temp high enough to count as three high temps? yesterday’s is only .1 degrees higher than a few days before. I know that usually you take how long your cycle is and subtract 14 to get your o day but I have such irregular cycles that it’s hard to know if anything is happening at all.
