If it’s your first cycle post-mc then I think it’s normal that this are all over the place and you’re probably better off checking cm than putting too much stock in your temps. I’ve never used ava but my understanding is that even if you wake up in the night should sill get an accurate temp. Do you manage to sleep for three hours at a time or do you wake up more often than that?

zstbee84 :  Hey there, I’m sorry to hear about your MC. I think two things – your cycle is probably going to be a little wonky immediately after. Maybe a few cycles.. until it returns to normal. Also if you haven’t been using Ava for awhile, it does take awhile to sync with your. I use Ava, and I put in that my cycle is normally 28 days…so Ava ALWAYS sets my ovulation date as CD14. Unfortunately, my follicular phase is 12-13 days and luteaul phase is 15-16 days so I never ovulate when Ava predicts or confirms that I did. I’m not a huge fan of Ava as an ovulation predictor. I prefer to use CM and OPKs to predict. Temping is great to confirm ovulation but not so much to predict it, kinda stresses me out to track temps so I haven’t been using Ava anymore.
