i just went through the retro invitation suite and it prompted me to enter in all the invitation info through blank fields and drop-downs….then it generates it for you..??

strange…but i’ll bookmark this site, i’ll check it out more later

Whenever I have used weddingchicks, the only way you can add text is on the page where they have you enter all the info. You can’t change the design or the fonts as far as I know.

I downloaded one of the other invitations that didn’t have the drop down and it came with instructions that say this:

1. Put the paper you plan to use on your invites in the printer.
2. Print out the wedding invitation without words
3. Put the printed wedding invitation back into the printer
4. Open up any text editing document such as word
5. Type out your wedding wording (you might have to fiddle with the text to align it properly.
6. Print out, cut and enjoy.

@amyanne02: haha definitely way too much work but that’s what the instructions said. maybe you should let the girls at weddingchicks know so that they can correct the instructions. your way is much better!
