I purchased a vintage ring in a size 6. I’m normally a size 5.25, but my fingers flucuate a lot. Can anyone recommend a temporary ring sizer for that .75 difference? I’ve seen some on Amazon, but the reviews seem to be for more for going down a full size or more.
I’d considered getting this professionaly sized down, but my husband and I are considering trying for a baby soon and I’ll swell up like a watermelon during pregnancy. I was hoping to maybe wear this ring during that time 🙂

Just use the smallest one, it’s not a full size smaller, but there are other ones you can test out too!

My ultimate favourite method was suggested by another bee…I’ll see if I can find you a link
I bought some stretchy bracelet cord and used their method to size my rings smaller. Currently used on a size 6 ring that’s about 1/2 too big, same with a sz 5 ring to make it fit my sz 4.5 finger. You can get different sized cord as well! I bought the 0.5 (mm?) one off ebay ’cause I wasn’t sure which to use.
This method is a lot less noticeable than the usual plastic spirally ones but it does take a little bit of practicing to finnesse…I recommend using some tape to tape down the cord ends to help you while you’re wrapping.
