Those don’t seem that low —  thought they are a bit low.  Make sure you aren’t sleeping with your mouth open.  You could also get your thyroid levels tested if you are really concerned.  My temps are usually upper 96s/lower 97s, and mid to high 97s.

It also shouldn’t have anything to do with the pill either.  That’s out of your system within a couple of days (and the progestin in the pill will give you typical post-o (higher) temps, not lower).

Those are about where my temps are and unfortunately, I do have a thyroid condition.  I didn’t notice medication helping my temps though.

When I first went off the pill, my temps were about what you were describing. By the time I started TTC 5 months later, they were more within the normal range and only fell below 97 1-2x per cycle pre O. I don’t know if that’s something that’s normal, but it is what I experienced.

When they were on the low side (very similar to yours), I did do a lot of research on it and it didn’t seem THAT low.

That’s about where mine were too and got pregnant first cycle trying. Currently 23 weeks, no issue. If you’re a mouth breather (like me) you’ll run cold.

I had temps that low too.  Sometimes lower.  And I do not have a thyroid problem.  Although it did take me 5 months to conceive and I wasn’t tempting on the month I conceived because my thermometer broke.  So I don’t know if anything changed.  Good luck!
