I’ve been considering a rose gold band (with diamonds or not… maybe the metro maybe not lol) to pair with my soleste (platinum).
What do you guys think? Anyone else considering mixing metals? Anyone already do it? 😀

@RenoSweeney24: I did! Love it! Rose gold e-ring with two white gold eternity bands! I get compliments on it all the time, I never get tired of looking at it and I always wanted rose gold!

Pics please 😀
I’ve convinced Fiance that rose gold is awesome and he’s considering it for his band too (maybe a platinum and rose gold band)
Like this one (for him)

I’m tempted to get either a rose gold or yellow gold wedding band with my white gold e-ring. I’m thinking lately that I want a plain band (I go back and forth though), but I don’t want it to blend in too much with my e-ring. But I don’t know if mixed metals would look funny with a blue sapphire. In general though I love it when people go for mixed metals.

I mixed rose gold and yellow gold, but rose gold makes everything look better…. I say go for it, you wont be dissapointed, it adds dimension an depth to your set.

I’ll play devils advocate here. I’m not a fan of mixed metal as an engagement ring/ wedding set. I like really classic looking sets. I think mixed metals can be really pretty together, but its a really current trend.
** I’m not knocking anybody’s set. I’m just saying that I personally would rather not mix metals!

I’m with @LittleE3
. It actually makes me a little crazy to see two different metals on me. I think it can look lovely on other people and if you love it, rock it proudly. It would drive my matchy OCD bonkers though.
