What are you doing to prevent the pain and inflammation when you work out? I can’t run at all anymore and I’m pretty depressed about it. I need a workout that will give me the high I get from running but without the impact on my knees. My knees suck!
Any tips you have to offer are appreciated.

Did you talk to your doctor? I have Chrondomalacia Patella, which is an inflamation under the knee cap. Also called “runner’s knee”. If you haven’t seen your doctor about it, I’d ask them about it. I did some physical therapy and now just have to do exercises each day to strengthen my quads, hamstrings, hips, etc and stretches to stretch everything out (especially my IT band). Within a couple weeks I was feeling so much better. Hope that helped a little 😉
