I’m so sorry this is happening to you, how stressful! They certainly should have informed you of the final cost before going forward liek they agreed to, as well as getting a signed contract. Have you communicated with the company about your disappointment? Since it was handled with a credit card can you dispute the charges? If all else fails make sure to post some online reviews. It’ll hurt their buisiness and help protect other brides.
