I love flavorful food!  And I would absolutely love your menu.  However, I know several people who wouldn’t or couldn’t eat your food due to dislike of ‘spicy’ food, or acid reflux/heartburn issues.  If you can, I’d try and add one more ‘mild’ dish in the appetizers, and one very mild dipping sauce for the kabobs.

@kateisstoned:  It looks really good, just be careful of peanut allergy as it can be a severe reaction for some.  I love the idea of an ice cream sundae bar.

    sounds amazing!

I would personally stay away from peanuts just in case but you know your guests, if the allergy isn’t an issue then go for it!  If there’s even 1 person allergic I’d cut out the peanut sauce, you don’t want any emergency room visits at your wedding!

I would add to the dinner menu and take away something from the dessert menu.

Is the choice OR for the kebobs? Or could I have a veggie and a chicken kebob? If I couldnt have both, then there would be no veggies. If I could, then pefect!

@kateisstoned:  The only thing that concerns me is the shrimp kabobs. My Fiance has a severe shellfish allergy. If the shrimp kabobs were grilled on the same grill as the other kabobs (or sometimes even if a little shrimp “smoke” got on another kabob) my Fiance would not be able to eat any of the other ones. Shellfish alelrgies are pretty common, and so for me I would eliminate the shrimp to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

    Would eat.

    Everything.

Also that tea, ugh now I have to see if my caterer will do tea, because I think I need it.
