I’m not giving them gifts specifically for throwing the shower. They are each going to get their thank you gifts for participating in the wedding a few weeks before the wedding. I am sending them nice Thank you notes though 🙂

I can definitely understand…I feel like we’re spending so much money! Every time I turn around, there’s something else we need to purchase!

I think if you can, it would be nice to give your shower hostesses a small gift, or a thank you note. My future cousin gave her shower hostesses some hand soaps from Bath and Body Works when they were on sale. If you’re a baker, you could bake some cookies or a treat with a thank you note. It doesn’t have to be anything huge…just stick within your means. I don’t think anybody will be angry at you for not giving them a gift. When the bridesmaids and I threw a shower for one of my friends, she didn’t give us gifts, and nobody made a stink about it.

I’m thinking about finding a cute little clutch or scarf at Forever 21 or on ebay for each of the girls between 15 and 20 dollars.

Just do what you can afford. In My Humble Opinion, you have done enough to show your gratitude.

Write them nice personal thank you notes and call it a day.  Maybe add the home baking, if you’re into that.
