So I’m working on the back of our program, and I want to write a paragraph thanking the bridal party (and hopefully have fiance write one for his party). I don’t know if it’s too much for a program, and too much personal for everyone to read. I am going to give everyone a thank you card that will be more personal.
But anywho…this is what I have so far. Is this too…anything? Personal? Long? (Plus fiance’s part will be after this)
“Thank you to everyone who has come to celebrate with us. The day is so much more special because all of you are here. For those who came from all over the United States—California, Maine, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, and all over New York—we are so honored that you traveled here to celebrate and be here with us.
Extra thanks to all of those who helped us make this day happen. Maid/Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid or Best Man1, BM2, and Bridesmaid or Best Man3—it’s so special to have you stand up here with me today. I don’t think this day would have happened without your endless opinions, advice, and support. You kept me sane, and most importantly allowed me to have fun.
Mom and Dad—in different ways, this day would have not happened without the two of you. I don’t think I could ever thank you enough to fully understand how appreciative I am. So I’ll just say thank you for now, for everything leading up to this day. “
