So are any of the dieting bees planning on chowing down for Thanksgiving or sticking to your weight loss regime.
I actually have ceramic braces and I got my braces tightened yesterday in an effort to make eating less attractive to me…haha hope it works.
I have 4 months till D day and want to keep my curves in the same spot without adding any extra cushion since I plan on getting my dress adjusted next month.
If you are going to cheat. What do you plan on eating?
I am going to enjoy me a slice of apple pie with some vanilla ice cream!! YUM YUM ME LOVE DESSERTS!!

I’m very strict with myself re food and keep a food journal. Even my therapist thinks I’m overdoing it.
Today, I give myself permission to cheat without guilt or anxiety. Really, I will.

Ill anything I want, just pile on the veggies first and eat a lighter breakfast and workout this morning.
I am also making an effort to not pick my way through the kitchen as I cook. Thats the worst culprit for me.
And then freezing the bad leftovers I know I cant keep myself from nibbling on and being back to my normal routine tomorrow Or actually I hope it will be a better routine with more exercise 🙂
Ill drink too much. Thats always my vice.

Well I ate just about everything that I wanted to, just less than I probably would have. I am home and ready to go for a walk now..its just a little late ..wish I owned a treadmill
