Pecan pie is always a favorite in my family.  It also travels really well (doesn’t need to be kept in the fridge) and so easy to make.  Another really good dish is Nutella Cheesecake.  I haven’t made it yet myself, but it’s seriously one of the best desserts I’ve ever had (a friend recently made some for me).

How about a different kind of apple pie, like cranberry apple?

ETA pumpkin cheesecake is yummy! I’ve made 3 this week.

French silk pie!! Easy to make, and a totally different type of pie from pumpkin!

We always buy and bring a pecan pie from a local BBQ place famous for it’s pecan pies. Pecan pie is definitely my favorite dessert, but I’ve never made it so I don’t know how hard that would be to make.

It’s not very Thanksgiving-y, but I’m making key lime pie because my family loves mine. It’s only 3 ingredients. Easier pie ever!
