Um… well I don’t generally TRY to eat as much as possible bc I am always trying to lose weight… but I think that if you wanted to do that it would  matter what time the meal was. If you’ve got a 5pm dinner, eat a big breakfast early and no lunch. If the dinner is at 1pm eat a big dinner night before and a tiny breakfast. ๐Ÿ™‚

Tiramisu – one of my friends bought maternity pants once and called them Buffet Pants. We decided it meant Thanksgiving Pants as well. As for me – I just try to not eat too much on Thanksgiving – I’m not a huge portion/overstuffed kinda girl.

Ok well I don’t like turkey, I don’t like stuffing that contains anything besides bread, stock, spices, and BUTTER (raisins? nuts? CELERY? onions? GROSS), I don’t like sweet potatos mashed, I’m not a pie fan, I hate gravy, and I have a mild corn intolerance (upsets my stomach like milk does for lactose ppl)

Usually I just eat 2938324 pounds of mashed potatos and brave the corn because I love it. SICK.

I’m ready for my 2700 kcal (average # of kcal per TG meal!!) Thanksgiving meal, haha!  ๐Ÿ™‚

Needless to say, I’ll be hitting the gym big time this weekend.

I’m going to eat a small breakfast and a small lunch and then try to pile up on the veggies!

I’m definitely going to eat like normal earlier in the day, because if I skip breakfast, I don’t have a proper appetite the rest of the day and OMG I MUST shovel it in on Turkey Day.

It’s just how it is. ๐Ÿ™‚

@Alishaneva – Haha, I need to get me some buffet pants! My plan is to start early and don’t stop or it’ll all settle.

LOL, usually I eat light the day before, but I had a long day at work today and missed lunch so we went to my favorite mexican food restaurant and pigged out tonight.

Thanksgiving kind of grosses me out. I don’t usually eat more than on a normal day. That said, I grew up in a family that doesn’t celebrate holidays like most ‘normal’ americans, haha, so I never experienced the pig-out-fest until adulthood, by which point it seemed less exciting and more uncomfortable.
