my wedding date is nov. 21st, the saturday before thanksgiving.
i’ve been trying to exercise every day. (aka, literally jog my butt off!) and i’ve been more or less i’m sticking to it…
but i’d love some does anyone want to make a fitness pact/promise, to check in here at WeddingBee daily?

I would! My wedding date is November 14, just a week before yours! I would like to make a pact…I’m doing the 30 day shred and I just started today. I think I need more accountability with eating healthier though.

hi! THANKS FOR REPLYING! I’d totally do the Shred with you, but I’m wa-a-a-y out in the boondocks, and I’d have to mail-order it. So what I’m doing is alternating jogging (I only go two miles) with yoga and/or the “wedding workout” from women’s health. I will post on this thread each day, to report what I’ve done, exercise-wise, and…
AND: I’ve been eating badly…. With exercising every day (almost!) I give myself an excuse to just eat any old thing. (Bad! Wrong! Even if I weren’t getting married in two months.) So I’l report here at the end of my day for food accountability, too.
