I know there is another group trying to lose weight before Thanksgiving, I just noticed it, but thought I would start another one! Thanksgiving is about 5 weeks away- I want to try and lose at least 5 pounds by then!
Anyone else want to join in and we can all encourage/support and give advice to eachother?
I did not weigh myself this morning, but I will tomorrow. My goals are to lose 5 pounds, cut out junk, and start doing weight training 3 times a week?
What about everyone else?

@healthybee26: I’m in! I need to lose 15 lbs total but aiming to lose 7-10 by Thanksgiving. What’s your long term goal?

I need to lose a lot of weight-about 50 pounds. I have been struggling with my weight for a while now I am working on getting healthy. I could def use any advice other bees might have and the support 🙂

Why not join a place like MyFitnessPal? There’s a Bee group over there, plus it’s a lot easier to lose weight when you’ve got the tools at your fingertips, rather than having to try to get the support on here!
