I should preface this by saying I can be extremly indecisive and get nervous purchasing things that cost al ot of money for fear that I’m makng a mistake. I’ve tried on about 30 dresses. There were two specific dresses that I really liked (at different salons) and I finally found one that had both so I could try them on on the same day. I think I eliminated the one, and like the other better. I went every weekend for three weeks, and then I just stopped for the last two, and honestly haven’t been able to really think to much about it because it makes me slightly anxious.
During all of tihs, I never had that “feeling” that it sounds like people get when they know it is their dress. I’ve compared every dress to the one I like, and I haven’t liked any others as much. My mom keeps saying that it’s the only dress that I actually said the words “I love” to as opposed to just “I like.” My mom keeps saying to me that I need to decide what I want to do, in terms of getting that dress or keep looking…
I don’t think I’ll find something else, but I’m scared of having buyer’s remorse.
Have you all had “that feeling” when you saw your dress, or was it something more subdued? I think all of the wedding shows on TLC are making feel like I should have a feeling that isn’t coming… Ahhh. I do need to make a decision sooner than later.
