Aah! That’s horrible!

I once destroyed a meatloaf because I thought my ring had fallen off in it!

It wound up being on top of the Keurig. Whoops!

I once dropped my ring in the sink. It didn’t go down the drain, but I nearly had a heart attack.

@BeeandBeeBride27:  So glad you found it!

I just got my ring back from the jeweller’s because I had to get it resized and the dents/scratches buffed out after it slipped off my finger last week. I couldn’t find it for a whole day, tore the house apart, was a sobbing mess, etc.

Something told me to look outside and then I found it next day in the DRIVEWAY. It survived not being swept away by the torrential rain we were having and not getting run over by any of the cars.

This happens to me all the time.  I always take my ring off to wash my face and brush my teeth and I cannot tell you how many times I have forgotten my ring in the soap dish in the bathroom and woken up in the middle of the night in a panic because my ring is gone.  I guess we just get into routines that affect our sleep patterns and when we break them we literally “lose sleep over it”
