I haven’t tried south beach but went on a similar low-carb diet (after my wedding – go figure!). As you’ve noticed your stamina is not the same, so be nice to your body which is struggling to adapt the first weeks. Also if you’re doing cardio – take it easy in the beginning.  It’s efficient though so I’m sure you’ll see results very soon! 🙂
