Etsy is my go-to! I’ve found homemade bath salts and bubble baths, looseleaf tea, and costume jewelry for under $5. If you plan ahead and buy from the same shop, you can save a bunch on shipping as well.

There is this store where I live called Little World or Small World (Pequeno Mundo). It is AH-MAZIIIIING. SUper cute, affordable NICE gifts for every room in your home, toys, clothes, even furniture. And you can get things staring at less than $1 in every department (well maybe not the furniture but kitchen, bathroom and beroom items, toys, clothes, skin care and baby care items). everyone I know LOVES that store..even people with money shop there.
