@MrsHovzilla:  That’s so cool, we’re both June babies. Mine is on June 8th πŸ™‚
As for the Xmas baby, I have always not wanted one. But at this point I just want a healthy baby in my arms so it doesn’t matter when πŸ™‚

@hardtoconcentrate:  Oh gosh I would worry too but I am sure it’s because she can’t read them. I pray that you get a call today to put your mind at ease. FX & Hugs!

@RoyalLime:  OMG I did not know that. My OPK was almost positive this morning, but slightly fainter. So I’m going to say 24-72 hours from last night. Which means our BD this morning was a good thing. Definitely going again tonight HAHA

I just called DH in and he goes “Uh, so .. we gotta keep f**king? Sweet!”

FACE PALM. So funny, I love him.

UPDATE: The nurse called me back – I guess she could tell how badly I wanted the results, so she called the doctor and got her to analyze the results. SO, drumroll, please……..HIS SWIMMERS ARE GOOD!!!! What a relief!!  She said that his count is great and his % of “normal sperm” (motility & morphology) is in the good range but very slightly on the lower end of the “good” range so she wants him to go back to his urologist, because that is most likely from the prostate infection.  It’s very likely that it’s been improving since he’s gotten healed and it will continue to improve, but it’s worth a visit back to the doctor.

I am so happy right now, I can barely contain myself.  For the first time in months, I feel confident that we WILL get pg.  I know that we’re not necessarily the “average, healthy couple” that gets KU in 6 months or less, but that’s OK!  Because we will get pg – it’ll just take us a little longer because he hasn’t been completely healthy, and his body is recovering.  Whew, I’m on cloud 9 now. Months of worry are finished! πŸ˜‰

@MrsMonty11:  Thank you so much for the kind words.  Luckily, as you can see from my crazy ramble above, the nurse understood my angst and got back to me.  Thank goodness, I would have been struggling this weekend.  And about the traveling over FWs, that’s is funny.  Luckily, we won’t be sharing a bed with a child like you are because that makes things pretty impossible.  This morning DH was saying we’ll need to get on the floor tomorrow so the bed doesn’t make noise at his family’s house.  Ah, the things we do/think while TTC. πŸ˜‰

@hardtoconcentrate:  Not really. I went a bit overboard and spent about $400 on presents LOL but I said we should go to dinner and a movie tomorrow.  Everything’s closed today for Good Friday so we’re just relaxing.

My parents leave for Cuba tomorrow so I figure we can go visit them later.  My brother is staying at their place this weekend to look after the kitty (Callie), so we’re having dinner with him on Sunday. Then we’re taking the kitty home for the week.  She’s 16 and I would hate to leave her alone all week (aside from going to feed her) especially at night.  I still consider her my cat after living with her for 14+ years, every time I visit she is on me like glue. So I figure it’s better to have her stay with us than be alone. I just hope being away from her home won’t upset her too much.

We had a trial visit a few weeks ago with my 2 cats here. My little one was NOT happy, the other didn’t care, Callie just hissed and wanted to be left alone. I think after a few hours that would change, the cats would just ignore each other. I have to admit, having 3 cats would be fun for me. I could have a dozen and be happy lol

@MrsMonty11: Thanks for your insight.  I was using the same urine and testing more than once a day.  So I guess I just keep testing and BDing until my temp rises and stays.  My body sadly doesn’t give me signals to know what’s it’s doing, or maybe it does but since it happens so infrequently I don’t recognize it.  Either ways, I appreciate your responses.

@hardtoconcentrate: so happy to hear about your hubby’s SA result. Woohoo! That’s awesome.  Glad the nurse called you back!

GL to all of you soon to O over the weekend (especially those of you staying with family. And as for a Xmas baby, I don’t think it’s ideal but I’ll take whatever.  Though, I had a good friend growing up that was a new years baby and that was pretty kick @ss…so maybe a due date of xmas that comes a little late?  Either, definitely trying this cycle regardless.

@hardtoconcentrate: Oh my goodness that is amazing news!! Bless that nurse’s heart for understanding and getting back to you so quickly! Your positive attitude is so contagious I love it! It reminds me of how I felt after our MC, that at least I knew we COULD get pregnant and (most of the time) confident that it WILL happen again. I seriously hope that we both get KU soon! Oh, and that’s so funny what your DH said about BD on the floor so the bed doesn’t make noise. I can see my DH saying the same thing lol. Men!

@Lyndzo:  Aww, that’s so sweet of you to take care of their cat while they’re gone.  I’m sure your cats (I think you said you have 2, right?) will get used to the older one.  I feel like cats will keep to themselves if they have to because they’re smart.  Whereas my poor little dog is so dumb that she would run at a hissing cat and try to play with it. πŸ˜‰

@MrsMonty11:  Thank you!  I seriously wanted to kiss the nurse – I thought that was so sweet of her to go out of her way to get back to me before the weekend.  That’s exactly how I feel, too – it’s like, as tough as this has been, at least I feel like I know now that we should be ABLE to get pregnant, which has been a fear of ours.  For the last month or two, we’ve been worried that we may have no chance of doing it the natural way – not that that’s the end of the world, and we wouldn’t be opposed to it if we needed to do some other procedures (IUI or IVF) – but it’s nice to know now that we have a solid chance of being able to go the natural route.  I’m hoping this positive attitude lasts through this next TWW!

@BOGB:  Thank you! Did the doctor tell you when you should O?  Don’t they say you’ll O a certain number of days after you finish taking Clomid or something like that?  I may be remembering incorrectly.

@hardtoconcentrate:  They said 5-10 days after last pill.   So that would be CD14 – 19. I’m currently CD17.

@BOGB:  Oh, that’s awesome.  Well, at least you know it should be coming soon.  Looking at your chart without OPKs, I’d think it could have happened yesterday, but I know you typically have fairly rocky temps.  I hope we see a definitive temp spike here in the next couple days!

@hardtoconcentrate:  Woo hoo for good swimmers! It’s great that the nurse understood your frustration and did what she could to get those results interpreted for you! You will get KU and things are most definitely looking up! *hugs*

Those of you who can read charts, I’d really appreciate it if you’d look at my chart sometime over the next week and vote on when you think I O’d because it’s a little hard to tell. Here are the details: my CP was HSO for 2 days, then the next day (day 3 of EWCM) my mouth slipped open a bit while I was temping and I got a temp of 36.30 but when I retemped to see how different they were my temp came up at 36.37 (one indicates O on TCOYF and the other doesn’t), the day after that I slept porrly during the night and didn’t fall solidly asleep until 5am then I temped at 6:45am but I had woken for a brief minute at 6:12am so I’m not sure if that temp is artificially high, then today’s temp was only 0.01 higher than yesterday’s and I’m usually climbing higher by 3DPO, and I had scant EWCM all the way until last night whereas it usually clears up by the afternoon of 1DPO. Opinions would be great!

@hardtoconcentrate:  I was thinking the same thing about possibly Oing yesterday. The OPKs are confusing me. I thought it was supposed to be much easier this cycle to try and time BD but unless I get some pos OPKs, it doesn’t look like it will be. Oh well! Hopefully my temps jump up tomorrow.
