Cycles/months trying: 11
Current CD/DPO: 17/1DPO
Chart (if you have one): http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/lovemygsp
Any known issues? Low progesterone/ basically not ovulating.
Supplements/medications: All the things plus clomid.
Next steps? Thanks to insurance issues if this clomid cycle doesn’t work we are going to have to stop seeking treatment until we can save up enough money to continue.
Favorite Vacation Spot? The mountain west. I love Yellowstone/Grand tetons (where we got married), Glacier, and Colorado. I’d like to head further north the next time we can get out there and go to Bannf NP. OH! and exciting news, DH’s work might be getting a contract that deals with visiting native american reservations all over the west, including Anchorage, AK. I’ve already told him if he goes anywhere fun I’m so coming!

@lovemygsp: Woohoo, thanks for starting the new thread. Hoping that luck rubs off on you!!
Hmm…poll…..what about asking about babymoons – totally doing one, no way – saving that money for the baby, what the hell is a babymoon? idk, trying to think of something baby related that we haven’t already done.

ROLL CALL!
Cycles/months trying: I think this is our 11 month. Since August 2012.
Current CD/DPO: CD2
Chart (if you have one): http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/bogb/
Any known issues? I suck at ovulating.
Supplements/medications: dropping the clomid this round but continuing with pre-natals, dha, pregnitude, d-chiro inositol, evening primrose oil, magnesium, chromium, vitamin d
Next steps? I got AF on my own this round so I’m hoping I can do that plus O over the summer with no meds, improved diet and exercise and a lot of good thoughts and prayer. We’ll revisit medication in August/September
Favorite Vacation Spot? Now that I live on the east coast, going home to LA is best. However, my mother was raised in Hawaii and I love going out there.

@BOGB: Done! and Holy Cow how can you compete with Hawaii?!? Sounds lovely!
@med700: Funny to see a Canadian bee who comes to the shitty I mean south Carolina just for the beach. ๐ I’ll give it to SC though Charleston is pretty. (For the record we are now living in upstate SC…..)

Re: poll – I’m going with totally, but only because Darling Husband and I have yet to take a honeymoon and I’m hoping that we can be KU soon and then take our honeymoon/babymoon. Sounds like a great plan, right?

@lovemygsp: When we get our cold as heck Canadian winters, SC is AMAZING! When you’ve had 14 days of -30 F weather, you just want SUN! ๐ We went up to Charleston and I must say, I did enjoy that much more! Everyone down there is so friendly!
So….I’m really having a tough time with not training for a 10k. There’s a 10k in September that I really want to do, I can train slowly up to it (I average about 3-4 mile runs 2-3 x a week) and not really push myself. I know I’m supposed to focus on a lengthened luteal phase but hopefully my focus on eating more whole foods will be the push to get me KU. I’m seeing my family doctor tomorrow and I’m going to ask her what she thinks. I know some Bees are going to get on me about training and running and luteal phases….sigh. I just love to run.
Oh, and Kim K and Kanye W’s baby name is North West. So….discuss.

@med700: if you aren’t doing more than 50ish miles a week and slowly getting to that point I wouldn’t stress! Running is a good way to relieve stress!
……Horribly stupid name but then again I wouldn’t expect anything less.

@EverAfterBegins: Good luck today w/the IUI!! FX!
@lovemygsp: Hope the thread starter’s luck finds you!
@med700: GL this cycle! FX DH’s SA comes back superb!
@BOGB: Just thought of something, look into DHS and PCOS – I read somewhere that PCOS’ers shouldn’t consume extra DHA. I know it’s supposed to be healthy for pregnancy, but if it is preventing you from ovulating, it might be worth to give up until you get that BFP. Good luck this cycle – I have EVERYTHING crossed that you will see an NICE, EARLY O! ๐
@med700: I think as long as you take it slow, as you plan on doing, it should be fine. GL! And NORTH!!?? What the…?? Wow
@MrsR4ever: FX for you as always!!!! My friends just moved to Hawaii. I sooo wanna go! I hate flying! ๐

Favorite Vacation Spot? Not sure if I really have A favorite? I loved St.Thomas after we were back, funny thing is I never seem to really enjoy myself when I’m somewhere new, it’s when I get back and think about it that I realize I had fun, oy. I like VA Beach and Nags Head – we’ve vacationed there quite a bit.
Answer to Poll: NOT sure! I’d love to do a baby moon, but I don’t know. I guess it would depend on the season. If it falls in the summer, sure, we’ll probably head out to the beach, but I don’t know if I’d be comfortable flying while pregnant just because I hate flying so much and I wouldn’t want to put that much stress on baby. So, we’d probably just save the money.
