@Yellow.Clover:  Even though I took Clomid, I can’t really answer the best – my ovaries are stubborn little buggers and didn’t really feel ANYTHING, even on the months I did manage to get a weak O. Hopefully one of the super-ovulators can answer that better than I can. 😛

@Yellow.Clover:  Haven’t tried the heat patches, no. I feel like I might die of heat if I were to try them now (SO HOT) but its worth looking into for sure.

How was everyone’s weekend?

@redsmarties:  I’m already back at work (Monday, boo) and my weekend was over way too fast. How was yours?

@Yellow.Clover:  I never had pain with clomid. But I def felt like a whole lot was going in in my ovaries while taking it. Like flips and twitches (it was weird). But not pain. You may want to mention to your dr

@redsmarties:  Just thread stalking to say the heat patches are a gift from God. I have some on hand at all times. I actually make sure I have them more than tampons. LOL

Speaking of twinges, I am getting some right now (day 5 of stim meds) – huzzah! Hopefully this means things are happening.

@Wispy:  YAY! I am SO ready for you to start trying again. Love you girly! x

@ChuckNorris:  I guess I know what I’m sending hubby out for this afternoon, haha. I felt so sorry for the poor checkout boy yesterday at Walmart – I bought a tub of fat-free chocolate fro-yo, tampons, pads and Midol. Lol…I’m like “Why yes, my day is going fantastic, thanks for asking.” Haha.

I’m CD19 and ready to kick my stupid ovaries in their stupid behinds if they don’t get their act together! No sign of O. I should have known that this cycle wouldn’t work out when it was so hard to even get a clomid scrip. *sigh* Oh well. At this point, I’m just planning to wait it out. If I make it to my vacation (17 days from now) without Oing, I’ll start progesterone to end this cycle and then we’ll be doing injects when we come back!

@Yellow.Clover:  Never had pain with Clomid and I took it for 3 cycles (100mg). In general my cycles were pretty uneventful not much in way of cramps or pain.

Hey ladies!  I took a little break from WB last week just for mental health, but I missed you all!  I just got caught up on everything and want to hug each of you!  It seems like a lot of hugs were needed last week.

@cheert16: Congratulations!!!  I’m so happy for you!

@Mrs. Jaguar:  It sounds like your ovaries are waking up!  I hope you’re feeling a little better this week.  Sorry you had to go back to work.  I am 100% in agreement with you not attending the family reunion.  This is a time for you to be as low-stress and positive as possible and you need to do what you need to do (or not do) to make that happen.

@hamikay:  I’m sorry about CD 1.  I wish I could come down to watch girly movies and eat ice cream with you.

@bunny:  My right ovary always gives me problems too!  In fact, it’s been very angry for like a month which makes me wonder if there’s a problem.  It’s been pretty achy and sore, although I haven’t had any horrible pains for awhile which is good.  Where are you going on vacation?

@cafegirl:  I’m impressed you remembered my right ovary issues! haha Either that or you were responding to Ang. 🙂 We’re going to Branson, MO. It seems like a boring spot to vacation to me, but it’s a big family thing and it would break my mom’s heart if Mr. B and I skipped out.

@Yellow.Clover:  I’m sorry you’re having so much pain! I get pretty painful ovaries when I’m on clomid (even after O), but nothing so bad I considered going to the ER. If it stays that bad, I would at least schedule an appointment with your doctor. Pain that’s localized to one side can be a sign of an ectopic PG and we want you to be safe! <3

@bunny:  No, I wasn’t thinking of Ang–I had just read through the rest of the previous thread and the right ovary stood out to me because I definately have a lot more activity/soreness in my right ovary!  It has a life of its own.  You know, I’ve always secretly wanted to go to Branson 🙂  My grandparents loved it and I always thought it would be kinda fun.  Maybe it’ll surprise you and be more fun than you think.

@Yellow.Clover:  I had the strangest pains last month, the first time I took Clomid. Twice, I had stabbing pains on my right side, both before and after O. And I had weird crampy feelings almost immediately upon starting it. I’m on Day 5 of my second cycle with Clomid and I’m taking it Days 3-7. This morning I had the weirdest pains in my belly, like I’d done a million crunches the day before.
