@lonsk:  Oh wow–that story made me get a huge lump in my throat.   What a gift this man has been to your family.  I really, really hope you are able to make his wish come true of being an uncle to your child.

@cafegirl:  Thank you ladies, he truely is the greatest guy, He has been making small goals for himself one being making it to his daughter’s birthday which just passed, the next is to see her start kindergarten this September. I know he won’t make it to see us have a child, but he will be the second (after DH) person that we tell if/when we get pregnant even though we won’t tell anyone else until after the first trimester.

@lonsk:  That’s exactly the reason why I don’t keep our IVF struggles a secret. I mean, it’s not SUPER public knowledge or on Facebook, but I blog about it, and I tell immediate family/friends. I need support!

@Yellow.Clover:  So you’re Clomid-ing it up? Yay! πŸ™‚ I always got told to take it days 2-6 but even then I still O-ed late. My ovaries just plain suck.

3dp5dt. I was naughty and had a bacon/egg muffin this morning AND a chai latte. This emby better be getting fat, I tell you.

@lonsk:  @hamikay: I am so sorry to hear about your family members.  It is so difficult to see this happen to the people you love.  I have a family member battling breast cancer currently and a very close friend who is a cancer survivor.  I send you both big ((HUGS))!

@lonsk:  Another baby. So many babies. The longer we keep at it, the harder it is to imagine that we’ll get to that side. πŸ™

@Mrs. Jaguar:  No kidding!, I was kind of blindsided by this one. I saw people were congratulating her, thought to myself that’s weird her little girl just turned 1, then realized its a new baby! At least a few others commented about not knowing she was expecting so I don’t feel like the only one out of the loop. You’ll be announcing soon lady!, I feel it

@lonsk:  I had the same thing a few days ago. A friend had moved interstate, with hubby and two little boys. She just posted she has 6 weeks to go – I didn’t even know she was HAVING a third!

Thank you so much for all the kind words, ladies – you are all so lovely. She had a bad day yesterday, but then mum rang tonight to say that she is doing better today – so your collective thoughts and prayers must have helped!!

@lonsk:  i teared up at your story – your sister must be so strong. i hope you have some GREAT news to share with him soon πŸ™‚

@bunny:  yeah, i’m not entirely sure whether its first day OF full flow, or WITH full flow, but remember seeing a thread on it once where the consensus seemed to be OF… this is why i bought TCOYF – but can’t be bothered finding it right now πŸ™‚

So, surprise temp dip and *nearly* positive OPK this morning (think it would have been positive last night) with fade-out this afternoon. Explains my randy-ness last night πŸ™‚ Hopefully a temp jump tomorow will confirm it. Even though i’m counting this month out with all the bad results, and for sanity-saving reasons.

well after seeing my doctor for an follicle u/s on fridday.. I still haven’t O’d (at least as far as my temping is concerned).  I always (even w/o clomid) have a temp spike.  I haven’t had that yet.  She told me by the looks of my follicles I would O over the next 48 hours, it’s been 96 hours.  As some of you have seen on a post I started I’ve been in mini-panic mode.  I was thinking what would happen if the 2 follicles she saw Friday started to “magically” divide or more follicles matured and I somehow became pregnant with 3-8 children (irrational? slightly! lol). I’m blaming it on hormones!  Anyways I have a call into my doctor (we are playing phone tag) to see if I can get my progesterone checked to see if I have actually O’d (I need to know so I can start taking prometrium).  I did leave her a message about my irrational thinking regarding getting pregnant with a basketball team.  Oh this process is kicking my butt!
