@cafegirl:  I wish I knew why my right ovary is so painful! It’s such a bum when it comes to ovulating, too. In February my doctor noticed a cyst on it and during Feb, March and April, my left ovary was the one responding to meds every cycle (ovulated from it during Feb and April, both). It was supposedly gone by May. And actually now that I’m thinking about this, I have ovulated every other month this year with or without meds, all from my left ovary, as far as I know. This month would be an off month. So weird! I wonder if there’s something really wrong with righty. ๐Ÿ™

@redsmarties:  Oh too funny about the store! I once bought midol tampons and chocolate. The cashier was an older man and he actually said “wow must be that time of the month”. I was so embarrassed and shocked! Looking back its funny.

Ladies thank you!! Your support is so wonderful! It really warms my heart!!! I am rooting for all of you so much!!!!! We had a lot of graduates on the last thread I hope we have a lot more for this one!!

@bunny:  Boo for painful ovaries! It sounds like lefty might be pulling the weight for your right one. ๐Ÿ™  I fear that I am annovulatory every other cycle.

@cafegirl:  Hope the break was good for you. Glad your back.

Alright ladies, I am at CD10 (I usually O between CD12 and CD16) and we’re doing the mucus only charting. Last cycle was completely dry (ugh) and this cycle I’m doing everything I can to up the CM-  500 mg B6, FertileCM, Fertili-tea, eveining primrose, guaifenesin.  And so far not much CM.  Any other suggestions? Just months ago it seemed like I had more than enough CM… not sure what is going on with my body.

@Mrs. Pretzel:  Have you tried royal jelly?  I’ve used it for a couple months and I definately saw an increase in CM!  The only concern I have is that I ended up having my crazy long cycle the 2nd month I used it, but I haven’t been able to find anything to indicate royal jelly was the culprit.  I was annoyed eariler this month, however, when I had tons of CM and thought I had already ovulated!  We didn’t have any BD time that week which I’m still kicking myself over, but I also trust that it must not have been the right time to get pregnant.   Anyway, it’s worth a shot unless you’re allergic to bees.

@cafegirl:  How much do you take? How frequently and at what part of your cycle? I am full of questions!

@Wispy:  So glad you’ll get to start trying again after all that mess. Fingers crossed!

@cafegirl:  I started the royal jelly this cycle so I’m definitely interested to see if there’s an increase in cm. I’m allergic tothre stings and so far so good.

Ya’ll… I think I’m dangerously hopeful this cycle. Like so much that just thinking about it makes me well up.  This is the last cycle where if I got pregnant we’d be in the “normal” one year range, it’s dh’s birthday, the provera worked last month, I’ve got the riyal jelly and coq10 supplement, a mini getaway to banff for the two of us planned at what should beperfect O timing, im following a low carb/no fun diet that should be good with pcos, and im working straight days and temping  It just feels like I’m on “everything but the kitchen sink” mode this month and if it’s going to be ever it HAS to be now.  And that’s such a scary place to be because it’s like… It’s going to be a BAD scene.  Pretty sure of cd1 ends up happening I’ll be taking a sick day curled up in bed in the fetal position.  I just feel too invested at this point, but at the same time I’m too tired to adequately pull off cool and detached and logical.

@Yellow.Clover:  I definitely had ovary pains after O while on Clomid.  They were way more intense than normal.  My doc explained that it was because Clomid makes everything stronger…

@Mrs. Pretzel:  I’m not the expert on joyal jelly, but I take about a teaspoon each morning for the first half of my cycle.  I’ve been a slacker this month and keep forgetting, but that’s what I shoot for.  They say it’s best to take on an empty stomach.  I don’t love the taste, but it’s not bad.  It’s also available in pill form.  I bought mine from Amazon and got an organic kind with good reviews.

@bunny:  Grrr. I hate how Clomid is so hit or miss. I hope you’re just gearing up for a late one. I’m keeping everything crossed for you.

@cafegirl:  Thanks miss! I talked to my mum about the family reunion thing, since I was worried they’d give me grief over choosing not to go. Thankfully, she’s totally supportive and understands 100%.

@Mrs. Pretzel:  CM is stupid. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Sometimes I’d be dry as a bone (sorry – gross, I know) and then BAM, next day watery. No rhyme or reason. Sounds like you’re doing everything you can to get some quality CM!

@SapphireSun:  I’m praying this is your time. You have no idea! x

Hey ladies! I’ve been mostly thread stalking and not posting so I apologize.  It has been better for my work productivity though. Embarassed

I got surprised with an early O this cycle.  Cycle #15 and I O’d on CD15, which is the earliest it’s ever happened for me.  It’s usually CD18, so I’m not sure what’s up with that! I’m not trying anything new this time around (except cutting back on caffiene and alcohol) so it’s not like any supplements should be messing with me. Do you ladies have any ideas?  An ovary that decided to take charge all of a sudden??!  I’m not complaining, just confused! ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m back to charting this month and I’m so happy because otherwise I probably would have just assumed O on CD18 and then freaked out because my LP was three days short. LOL

@Mrs. Pretzel:  I’m impressed by everything you’re doing to up the CM!  Some months I have lots of CM and other months very little.  (I’m not supplementing with anything for it at the moment.)  I’m really interested in hearing more about your journey with NaproTechnology!
