@jaguar:  I feel pretty alone in TTC in the real world with women at work and church falling pregnant left and right.  If it wasn’t for you ladies, I would have jumped off the deep end a long time ago!  Jag, you are so positive and wonderful to everyone here.  I pray that it will be your time for a baby very, very soon.

That was so nice of your ex-friend to contact you and wish you well and share her TTC struggles with you too.

Hi ladies I have been on break for past few days and have so much to catch-up with threads. I wasn’t thinking about break just want to give my body some space and do whatever it feels this cycle. I am feeling NTNT in terms of expectations, not obsessing temps etc but we are still doing trigger as its already planned and BDing around the time.

@jaguar:, @MrsFarmer: Your puppies are so adorable!!! Love them 🙂

@MrsFarmer:  It does seem like everybody ispregnant lately. I have a super close workplace and theres a total baby boom lately  My coworker just got married in january and I jokingly asked him ihe people have started asking him when they’re having babies soon, and he’s just like “actually Jane is 4 months pregnant”.  Didn’t even have time to prepare myself for that one…

@SapphireSun:  Ughhhh…  I totally hear you.  Just when I think I have heard about the last possible person that could be pregnant, another one pops up!  I mean seriously, who else is left???  I am seriously waiting for my husband’s grandmother to say she is KU!

Hi ladies. I’m at the hospital waiting for a shot of methatrex(?) something. I saw a specialist today and was given another u/s.  he determined that I had an ectopic pregnancy. So the shot is like a chemotherapy drug they say. It stops cell division. So I’m at the hospital waiting for a bunch of tests and bloodwork before I get this shot.

I wont lie I am exhausted from this process. I’m trying to just keep my chin up and be positive. But it sucks.   Iguess I will be getting an HSG soon to make sure myfibroid isn’t blocking anything.

The saga continues.

@gingersnap25:  LOL!!! I almost spit my tea. You made me laugh so hard. DH’s grandmother. I love when we can find some humor in this whole process.

@jaguar:  How great of your friend to reach out to you. I mean she could have just easily pretended that she doesn’t know. Hope she can be a great support for you.

@squeak35:  Thanks girl.

Ok. I discussed our plan to take a little break with my AP last night. And he is all for it. He actually thinks that this is a very smart idea. So no more charting, OPK’s, Chinese herbs, femoral massage and castor oil packs for me! I’m so looking forward to take that break and enjoy the summer. I will still take my supplements and go to AP once a month – and of course we will still try to time it right. Should we still not be pregnant by the end of summer we will prop give IUI a chance. The medicated route still freaks me out but we’ll give it a try if we have to. This new plan brings new hope and new optimism. I will still stick around to follow everyones journey and offer my support but I may not have many updates from my end. Thanks for helping me through the last few days/weeks!

@Wispy:  I can’t even imagine.  I am sooo very sorry you are having to go through any of this.  You will continue to be in my prayers.  I am at least glad you are finally getting some answers.  Stay strong… {HUGS}

@MrsFarmer:  Well, it’s nice to know we’re definitely not alone. You ladies have a LOT to do with that. 🙂

@bradybride:  Today is 12 days of Highs. (CD19). *head desk* I may follow in your footsteps – or I may just chuck in the towel. I don’t know what to do. I just wish I had some signs.

Apart from a REALLY charming dream I had last night that was, er, eyebrow wiggle worthy. I woke up & was quite sad to leave it behind, haha. Anyone ever have that before?

@silver1:  Good luck with your NTNT – good idea to use your trigger since it’s there anyway and all that.

@SapphireSun:  Kill me now. I hate that so much. A friend of mine’s daughter just turned 1, and I saw a picture of her recently and she’s looking EXACTLY like she did when she was first preggers. I’m bracing myself for another announcement.

@Wispy:  Oh darl, I am so ridiculously sorry. I’ll be sending you every spare thought I have today, and hoping you are recovering well. At least now we have an explanation for what’s been going on; not that it makes it ok or any less painful. Love you girly. x

@elchalten:  Sounds like a plan! A nice, relaxing summer. Oh, I wish I was a teacher in America right now instead of Australia. We don’t get our month off until after Christmas. 🙁 AND it’s winter!

So I had a follicle scan yesterday that shows I’m not going to ovulate this cycle (Yeah, if the doctor had scanned me last Thursday or Friday, we could have triggered and done IUI probably. I’m really angry about that), so we’re officially on break from TTC for now.

I’m bummed, but I’m ready to dive into prepping for our next round of treatments (probably injectable drugs + IUI) … but not until I lose 20-25lbs. So I’m out for the next 10 weeks at least (assuming 2lbs per week). I’ll be around, but probably won’t have much to say. Love you guys.
