That sucks.  I wouldn’t call them on it, but if it ever comes up, you could tell them you wished they hadn’t promised it if they couldn’t do it.  It got your hopes up and you were disappointed.  That sort of thing is very inconsiderate, and the fact they haven’t gotten back to you tells me you shouldn’t go out of your way for these ladies.

You could try sending them a group facebook message asking if they are still planning the post-wedding bachelorette or if they all just want to get together and have a girls night instead.

I would let it go. It’s happened to me before where my friends get caught up in the moment and then when push comes to shove they don’t go through with their word. I’m sorry that this happened, I know it sucks, but maybe if you want to improve things with them you could invite them out for a night on the town. Then it woudn’t necessarily be wedding related, but you could celebrate all the awesome things happening in your life and theirs.
