Keep in mind that to gain 1 lb. of fat, you need to eat 3,500 calories over what your body needs each day to exist. So chances are, most of what you “gained” is simply water/natural fluctuations that occur 🙂 A few extra snickerdoodles isn’t gonna be that detrimental, unless you’re eating several hundred calories’ extra every day. Keep at it and don’t get discouraged!

Starting weight 179.2 Today 177.0. I wish it was more but I’m happy with that. My actual dieting started on 10/17 and I was at 191.0 so that’s 14 pounds down. 🙂 I still want to lose 8 more in 12 days but at the this rate I don’t think that’ll happen. That’s ok tho. As long as it doesn’t go up I’m happy.
Looks like everyone here is doing good. It’s only been 5 days and we are on a roll Bee’s. Let’s keep it up!
Edit~ I forgot…Eating under 50 carbs per day and no sugar. Basicly anything from a box, bag or bottle is a no no. Plus brisk walking every day for 10 minutes.

If I can still join in (I wrote on the last post), my starting weight is 132.5 and my weight loss this week is 0. 🙁 Hopefully starting off on the right foot today!

I weighed this morning, but haven’t had the chance to post until now!
So, I obviously didn’t gain or lose this weekend. I definintely didn’t expect to lose anything because I didn’t eat very well or do my normal workout routine..I did however walk around the mall for about 4 hours ; )

I am late too. 205 (post turkey) to 202…Now if i can stop snacking at work….( I work as a cook in a resturant…)
