I’ve come down with a cold and felt awful yesterday so I stayed home from work. My diet consisted of fudgsicles, string cheese, Nilla Wafers, Dr. Pepper, and hot dogs. When I’m sick my body is like…salmon and broccoli? Ha ha HA in your dreams. Bring on the proceesed foods, the bland carbs and the cheeeeese! Sigh. Back on the wagon today…

well yesterday was a bust, i did fine until dinner when fi decided he wanted italian. ugh today is a new day though!

Someone tell me about the insanity DVD’s! What kind of exercises do they have you do?
I did well yesterday – I went a little over my 1200 calories I think but nothing major – just had a little larger of a serving then I normally do. But I did walk at lunch and go to boot camp so I was starving 🙂
Today the plan is to walk at lunch and go to boot camp again. I also have to eat more tonight as I won’t be able to eat till around lunch tomorrow (doctors and blood work so I have to fast and the earliest appointment was not early enough!) So I’ll probably go over a bit again today. But with all this exercise I don’t see that as a huge problem!

158 @ 5’5 goal 140 would like to lose this by my wedding.
Area I need to work on butt, thighs, and a bit of tummy toning.
Plan eating less Junk more fruits and veggies and a lot more exercise.
My biggest dieting downfall I tend to over do it and consume to little calories and then fall of the wagon and eat tons of junk!

I stayed right under my 1200 calories yesterday, and I did 25 minutes high intensity cardio. Work has been TERRIBLE yesterday and today but somehow I managed, and tonight I’m DEFINITELY going to the yoga class my gym offers. It’s not as high intensity but it still worked my muscles and I could definitely tell a difference in my ‘looseness’ the next day! I don’t stretch well, I’m afraid 🙁
And I could really use an enchilada.

Wow. I don’t know why I even threw my hat into the ring this week.
My daughter has been in Disneyland with some friends all this week and Fiance and I have been eating out for dinner pretty late at night.
I haven’t even steped on the scale since Monday in fear of what it will reveal.
On the bright side I did finally start some arm exercises using 5lb dumbells. 🙂

my trick with Italian places (DH loves them) is as follows:
1) I get a caprese salad to start – super healthy and low to no carb.
2) I kindly ask DH to keep the bread AWAY from me
3) I order a health friendly pasta (basically I avoid cream/butter sauces) and after the caprese salad I usually can only eat about half. So I mentally commit to take half home. If I get like spaghetti and meatballs I eat all the meat so I steer clear of the pasta as best I can!

Starting weight as of today is 163.
My Goal weight is 130.
No fast food, fried foods, alcohol, sodas, cut back on sweets, more veggies, fruit, I weigh my food for smaller portions. Snacking and having a protein shake for breakfast. Working out every day, have one day for rest and one day for yoga/pilates.

I’m new to WB, so I’ll jump in on this…looks like I’m the one who needs to lose the most!!! I’m actually down 30lbs since December, but I need to keep it up and i’m starting to hit the plateau…
Starting Weight: 262.1
Goals: Crunches every day; gym with fiance 4x’s a week and walking on the treadmill at work for 15-30 minutes over lunch (we just got a new fitness center). I’ve been eating about 1400 calories, I just need to stay away from fast food.
Goal Weight to be at in four weeks: 250

oh i totally knew better.. i even went on the website and figured out what the healthiest choices were and logged them for the day. but when we got there my dear friend aunt flo was telling me to do something totaly different lol all i wanted was carbs, so carbs i ate. i had a half loaf of bread, caesar salad loaded with dressing and alfredo with chicked mushrooms and peas ( hey at least i got my veggies in ) and oh wait i cant forget about the teramisu we split smh oh well im over it now

I’ve gone to the gym Mon. and Wed. this week and am feeling pretty good. I bought a heart monitor to push me to work harder to keep my heart rate up. Apparently prior to this I wasn’t working out hard enough to keep my heart rate in the recomended zone for loosing weight.

Sometimes it seems like you’re fighting a losing battle! I have felt that way the past couple of weeks and I am trying to keep my wits about me. I hope the scale isn’t too hard on you tomorrow!

I lost 3.2 pounds this week! Yay, all the working out was worth it :o)

^I lost 3 pounds this week too! So excited!! To bad I was out of town this week. It’s so much easier to eat healthy when my fiance isn’t around and to go to the gym when you’re stuck in a hotel room with nothing else to do. Postal Tracker says my Insanity DVD’s should be here Monday. Excited!
