Good week moving in the right direction! My engagement pictures are April 2nd so last full week to drop some more lbs. I would love to lose 2 lbs this week!

Todays weight: 144.5
Pretty excited that the scale went down, hoping it wasn’t just a fluke. I watched what I ate better and had my big meal for lunch and tried to eat lighter for dinner. I didn’t work out as much as a wanted this weekend because of trying to get invitations finished and out.

This week’s weight: 205.2
The good this week was that I started Insanity! I didn’t think I’d make it through last night, but I did. The bad this week was St. Patty’s Day weekend – I drank way too much and ate more than I should have on Friday and Saturday, and this week’s numbers show it. I’m glad I lost though, 0.6 pounds is not what I wanted it but I’ll take it since the scale is going in the right direction, and I’ve lost 3.8 pounds in 2 weeks!
Goals this week: Do the Insanity schedule, and no alcohol (I’ll probably see a much bigger difference next week).

My week was ok. It was pretty busy and my focus was not at all on my diet and/or exercise. But apparently I did something right?
This week, focus on drinking enough water. Be less lazy. Make healthy choices.

Today’s weight: 159.4
-3.4! And I’m now in the 150’s!
Bad: didn’t eat that well this week. Stayed under calorie limits, but ate cake and drank a bit more than I should have. And I have been doing my workouts, but I felt like I didn’t do them to the best of my ability.
Good: keeping up with my insanity, finished my half marathon, stayed under calorie limits. Still chugging away!

I uped my cals at the beginning of the week, and it seems like that is what my body needed. I have been sick all we so havnt been working out. I have also been drinking way more water than i was before (about a gallon a day)

Bad: Eat out for dinner too much, didn’t work out
Good: Brought my lunch everyday (except for today, Darling Husband and I have a lunch date) and I got my 10,000 in everyday.
For next week I’m going to make a meal like tacos that I can eat for a couple days for lunch because it’s a bit healthier and because I am so broke it’s not funny!

I did my Insanity workouts everyday and ate pretty healthy… although I’m off to pay my deposit for my wedding cupcakes right now and fully plan on eating one while I’m there.

I feel like I did well again this week! Went to boot camp three times, gyit the other nights, walked on my lunch break, stuck to my 1200 calories a day. 2.6lb to go!

I’m actually shocked that it isn’t more.
I have had a horrible week with wedding stress and emotions.
I do know now that I am an emotional eater. I didn’t even try to diet this week. In fact I ate so bad that I’m scared it will become habit again.
I also didn’t continue my arm exercises or start the ab work I wanted to.
I know this will just sound like an excuse but I was in a car accident a few years ago and I injured my neck. It has been hurting really bad this week. I think the stress has brought it on.
I don’t know if things will get better before my wedding. I’m wondering if I should just bow out of this BEEgest loser. 🙁

I’m confused because I got all my workouts in for the first time in several weeks (due to being sick), and was at or under my calorie goal most days. Of course I would plateau right as I’m going to hit 10lbs and enter the 130’s!

Yaaaah buddy! -1.2 lbs.
The Good: I cut out all high calorie drinks (latte’s, alceehols, sodas) and got my fix of something yummy by using some club soda ( I like Perrier) with a dab of yummy Naked Juice in mixed berry.
The Bad: Stupid chocolate covered preztels…who knew.
The Ugly: I ate the whole box of those chocolate covered pretzels.
