Last week’s weight: 159.4
Only 1 lb down…and I was 158 even on Wednesday =( but I think it’s water weight because I’ve eaten a lot of salt over the past few days, especially last night. Oh well.
Good about this past week – kept up my Insanity schedule, for the most part I kept under my calories.
Bad – This past weekend we went to taste cake, then to a barbeque so I definitely went way over my calorie limit, and mostly on carbs. Boo.
This weekend we’re going to our hometown and attending two cookouts/parties so I’m going to try really hard to stick to my diet while still having fun. I even thought ahead and am bringing my crystal light lemonade with me so I can have low calorie vodka and lemonades while everyone else is drinking.

Last Week – 163.4
This Week – 161.8
A loss of 1.6 pounds. I’m surprised to say the least that I lost any weight. I had an awful/emotinal week. Both my nieces passed away and all I wanted to do was turn to food for comfort. I ate cake yesterday at work as my collegues gave me a little bridal shower and I ate breakfast out one day this week. I also didn’t walk during lunch two days this week. AND to top it all off it’s that TOM. Maybe it was all the stress?
To end on a positive note – I did go to boot camp three nights this week and worked out last Friday and Sunday. I did walk at lunch Wednesday and Thursday. I did stay committed to packing my lunches and not snacking at work.
I finally reached a THIRTY POUND LOSS and that is something to celebrate. I most certainly plan on having a beer this weekend (It’s the one thing I miss the most!) I have 1.8 pounds to go to reach my “goal weight” – and I have 15 days to do it in to meet my deadline (Wedding day). I truly believe I can make that.

@Lindsey2005: Wow 30 pounds, congrats that awesome!! I’m sorry about your nieces, totally understand about the eating for comfort thing.
Last week’s weight: 205.2
Loss of 4.8 pounds. My body adjusted over the past 2 weeks because I only lost 0.6 last week, even though I was under my calorie limit and worked out a lot that week – but I’ll take it!
Good this week: Kept within my calorie budget (On workout days I eat more), worked out consistently and also took rest days when needed (I’m finding that’s key, for physical and mental through this….)
Bad this week: with my newfound healthy lifestyle, it leaves little time for other things, like cleaning my apartment and laundry! I’ve really neglected that because when I get home from the gym I’m tired and just want to veg on the couch. Going to have to do a major cleaning session tomorrow (luckily I live alone).
Tomorrow is SO’s 30th birthday, and I’m going to have to be extra careful about the drinking calories. I am allowing myself to have a birthday cupcake though, I’m making homemade carrot cake ones (his fav), I’m going to see if I can find a good recipe that is healthier but still delicious.

This week was a great up until last night! Thursday morning I weighed 163 and this morning I was up 3 lbs. We went out for happy hour and ended the night at a mexican food restaurant and ate my face off!!

Lindsey2005, how awful! I’m so sorry.
I think I missed last week’s weigh in, but I have maintained the same exact weight for the last two weeks…123 lbs. (My scale only measures in 1/2 lb increments, so I don’t know the tenths.) I started the month at 125 and I’m okay if I only lose 2 lbs for the month. It’s been a really hectic couple of weeks for me and exercise has completely dropped off my to do list. My diet has been erratic from meal to meal but, on balance, decent. I REALLY need to make exercise a non-negotiable habit so I don’t lose some of the precious muscle tone I was starting to build up.

I’ll weigh in later today, but I feel like I’m sitting pretty much the same as the last two weeks, so frustrating! I’ve been working out more times and longer for the last several weeks, eating pretty decently, and not seeing much of a change >:(

Well I totally forgot to weigh in this morning, so I guess I’ll go with Wednesday mornings weight which was 161= +2lbs. I’m still totally bloated feeling, but at least it’s not the +5 I saw on Monday morning!
This week I am really going to buckle down and get after it. I am going to choose smaller, healthier portions, and I’m going to exercise. I haven’t exercised AT ALL this week. I’ve been active, but not exercising.
I really need to get my head in the game. I’d like to be in the mid 140’s by Memorial day weekend.

This week: A wonderfully aweful 190.7. I’m so bloated and full feeling that I can hardly eat, I feel so gross. I’m thinking that I might need to be a bit of a detox or something because I feel freakin’ horrible! I went to the gym twice this week and shredded once but I’m still not eating great so it’s probably cancelling out the exercise.
Plus, I really hate the gym at our complex, it’s tiny and the ellipticals are the older style without the arm movement, so it’s just blah. We found a smaller gym that only charges $15 a month and it’s on our way home, so Darling Husband and I are going to go in for a tour this weekend.

According to the info I put into myfitnesspal I should be losing 1.3 pounds a week. I wish that was happening! But at least my scale is going down.
I feel like I’m having to take more and more breaks suring my Insanity workouts. I’m not sure if I’m working my body to hard or now. I’m debating taking an extra rest day next week.

I seem to be stuck at this weight 🙁 It’s been a crazy week at work though and I skipped some workouts due to long work days.
