Yayyy! I stayed under my calorie goal all week (until tonight) and worked out 6 days doing the Insanity dvd.
Does anyone else want to use this thread to help keep motivated during the couple weeks until the new thread. I find this thread very helpful.

@futurewiddy: I would love to stay on with you! I don’t get on every day (the wedding is steadily getting closer, I’m steadily getting busier!) but I would love to keep it alive!

This weeek: 164.2
I didn’t lose a lot, but I may or may not have had a run in with a delicious pizza and cinnamon sticks that put me up to 166.8 on Monday…and it’s taken me ALL WEEK to get back down! What a bunch of junk. Next time I take a cheat meal I will not pick that LOL.
I can’t wait to see what everyone else did, happy FRIDAY!

Last week I was 161.8
This week 160.4
Not sure what is correct – since the whole week I was in the 162’s. I’m hoping tomorrow it still shows 160.4.
Did ok this week – nothing awful but nothing that great either. Went to boot camp 2 days, walked at lunch 4 days, jogged 1 day – and heading out for another jog now 🙂

Last week’s weight: 200.4
current weight: 204.6
UGH! I know I had a huge loss last week that was probably just a fluke or water weight. This week I know what happened: 1) too much alcohol and sugar (cupcake) for SO’s 30th birthday on Sat. and 2) bloated (I feel it and have had cramps).
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Oh well, I just gotta keep plugging along!
I’ll stay on too – it has helped me as well (despite this week’s results).

Had my engagement pictures this week!! I was very happy with how they turned out, and it really motivated me to lose the last 10 lbs before the wedding!!

I FINALLY moved this week!
Last like three weeks: 141.0
I got 3/4 workouts in this week (10 hour workday yesterday killed it the 4th!)
I also tried eating more smaller meals throughout the day and switched my (calorie heavy) granola cereal for yogurt with raspberries and a sprinkling of granola for breakfast. Think I will continue doing that!

Weight has stayed the same as last week, so that’s a positive but I’m up 3lbs from the start of the thread soooo yeah….
I’m going to take a week break and in the meantime you can use the winners thread for support during the down week!
