Forgot to weigh-in this week, as we were traveling home this weekend, but the scale was up this week:/ but im thinking (hoping) it was due to PMS! i will be looking for the sign-ups for the next 4 weeks!

It was actually kind of nice to not step on the scale this morning.  I think for me, having this week “off” to just focus on eating healthy and getting back into exercising (because I honestly haven’t been exercising for…2 weeks I think?) is going to be good for me.  Recharging 🙂 

@mittens: Sorry to hear about stomach problems, that doesn’t sound good!

I was out of town for work all weekend so I thought I’d be up in weight but I lost another half a pound. I did go a little crazy tonight though. We went out to dinner, and then went to Sweet Frogs for some froyo afterwards. So yummy!

So, I worked out last night.  Um, yeah…word of advice ladies, don’t skip two weeks of working out cause getting back into it is the freaking devil!  It was sooooo hard! But, I did it, and now I know not to take a two week break.  lesson learned? I hope so!

I’m doing well this week eating, not so well exercising but I’m going to Zumba tonight and gym tomorrow, Friday and Saturday to make up for “rest days” of Sun-Tues.  I’m starting to be able to fit into a size smaller of my clothes too which is nice (expands my wardrobe).  

Starting Sunday I’m going to get back into my normal workout schedule.
