How is everyone doing today? I’ve finally started to get my appetite back and of course I’m wanting to eat everything horrible…I almost went to get a slurpee earlier! I resisted and took a few big gulps of water and then told myself I can have a sprite zero if I want something sweet to drink.
Haven’t worked out in a week and I probably won’t tonight. Darling Husband is sick and well, we all know how men are when they are sick!

My SO is out for Mexican food and margaritas with friends of ours and I am so jealous! I however am sitting in the parking lot getting ready to start boot camp. Oh why can’t this just be easy? Hope everyone is doing well today and showing some will power because this is oh so hard at times!

I’ve been kinda slacking over the last couple days. My diet/counting calories is going decent but its my workouts that are slowing down. Bah, sometimes its hard to keep motivated. I have a feeling this week isn’t going to be that great for me.
I want to do wedding planning/research now.. But I’m going to drag my butt off the computer and do that challenge and run on the treadmill for a while. Then have dinner and come back on here. Deal. haha.

I wasn’t so good yesterday. It started well with a good breakfast and then I had chicken strips and fries for lunch followed by taco bell for dinner. FAILFAILFAIL.
Back to the gym tonight, even if it means leaving Darling Husband in fetal position on the couch, lol.
